Dear Friends and Fellow Xangans,
Greetings! No, we haven’t died yet. 
School seems to be going great for both of us. Mike is busy with both working full-time and studying such amazing topics as Beowulf, Chaucer, Matrices, and Computer Programming Languages. In his spare time, we get together and go to Theology class. 
Just kidding about the “spare time” part. 
As for me, I’m busy with Home Ec and the wonderful projects thrown my way. I was going to say that this next week is going to be killer hard, but then, looking back, a lot of weeks have been “killer hard”, and by God’s grace, I’m still here. So, here’s to doing the best we can with the time we have and living life to the fullest.
In sad news, one of our bettas passed away a couple of days ago. 
He’s now swimming the Big Blue.
On a fun note, Mike and I have discovered a passion for tea lights – my passion includes the cute, sweet smelling candles; Mike’s passion mainly includes the fact that there’s a lot of fire involved with tea lights. It’s a great balance.
As you can see from our new profile picture, Mike and I have taken up modeling to support our college activities (such as studying). Well, not exactly, but one of our great friends wanted to do a photo-shoot of us, and that’s one of the pictures that resulted. Another would be:
And that’s pretty much all we have to report. God has been good to us!
There’s a lot more I’d like to write about in response to different posts, questions, and opinions, but I’ll save it for now. The amazing thing is that by the time I even have time to really post, the issues probably won’t be that hot anymore. My, how time flies!
